Returns Information

Sometimes things just aren’t meant to be, and we get that. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, we would be more than happy to exchange or refund your order subject to our terms.

  • Please note that all items must be in their original condition, accompanying all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any item that has signs of use.
  • Whilst we do not have a restocking fee, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Please choose a tracked method of return as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
  • If you would like a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt, to the original method of payment.
  • If you would like an exchange, the exchanged product will be sent out after we have received the returned item.
  • We only accept exchanges for UK customers. For international customers, we accept returns only.
  • We only accept returns within 14 days after your purchase.

Returns on personalised items

We do not accept returns for items that have been personalised or customised. In the event that the item is damaged or faulty, we can issue a replacement and have the original item collected.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, do the following

  • Important – Please package the item in its original packaging (internal packaging), and add a note with your order number and email address to speed up the process.
  • Please send the item back to our returns address below – ensuring you use a tracked method of delivery.
